Who performs the work
Your Comfort Air Solutions connects you with independent local HVAC contractors who perform the work. Your Comfort Air Solutions answers calls, takes service requests and arranges visits. The heating and cooling work itself is performed by an independent local HVAC contractor, who is responsible for the work, its own Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor registration where required, any permits, and its own workmanship terms. Every HVAC technician we send is licensed where Pennsylvania requires it, and insured.
Any contract for repair or installation work is between you and the contractor that performs it. Ask the technician for the contractor's name, registration number and proof of insurance before work begins if you would like to see them.
Estimates and pricing
- The technician diagnoses the problem and gives you the price for the repair before any repair work starts.
- You decide whether to go ahead. No repair is made without your approval.
- A diagnostic or service-call charge may apply to the visit itself. The technician or our call taker will tell you about any such charge, and any difference for nights, weekends or holidays, before the visit.
- Prices given on this website, if any, are general information and not an offer. The binding price is the one the contractor gives you for your job.
Scheduling and arrival
Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We dispatch the nearest available technician, but we do not guarantee a specific arrival time. Arrival depends on location, weather, traffic and demand. Towns at the edge of our area, such as Exton, Media and Phoenixville, are usually served by scheduled appointment.
Emergencies and safety
If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building and call 911 and your gas utility from outside before contacting us. Information on this website is general guidance, not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Do not open equipment panels, bypass safety controls or handle refrigerant yourself.
